"Our Experience with Galway Crystal"
For several years now, we’ve been frequenting the Galway Crystal store, and let me tell ya, it just keeps improving. This time around, we bought some stuff that would’ve cramped our luggage, but they totally took care of it by shipping it to us via courier at no extra cost. The delivery showed up today, and everything was packed with such attention to detail. I can’t recommend Galway Crystal enough. Their customer service is top-notch!

"Incredible service all around"
Incredible service all around, and I'm really happy with my new glasses! Sadly, a few of my items showed up chipped, but their communication was top-notch. They got back to my email right away and sent out replacements. It was just a week before Christmas, so they let me know there was a chance they might not make it in time, which made it even more awesome when they arrived (in perfect shape) on Christmas Eve! Huge thanks to Galway Crystal. You don't come across customer service like this every day.

I had no problems at all. The service was fantastic when my order didn’t show up. I shot you an email, and the reply was quick. My order showed up two days later; it had just been stuck at the sorting office. Thanks a bunch!

"Ordering Galway crystal online was a breeze..."
I found it super easy to order Galway crystal online. I got myself some red wine glasses, but I was let down by their size; they felt more like white wine glasses. I was hoping for bigger goblet-style red wine glasses. On the bright side, the glasses were packaged beautifully with a nice card, and they were shipped to the UK pretty fast.

Glass items are fragile, so I often stress about receiving glassware orders. Turns out, I didn’t need to worry. The glasses arrived with excellent packing, loaded with protective materials and cushioning. They’re really nice! The quality is great, and they have a lovely size and a satisfying weight when you hold them.

"Excellent Customer Experience"
The site was super user-friendly, and I loved the free shipping along with the signup discount. One thing that threw me off was whether the invoice came with the package since I picked a different address for delivery (it was meant as a gift). It'd be awesome to have an option to check a box that says 'this is a gift' to make sure the invoice isn't sent along. I'd definitely shop here again.

The quality of this item is top notch, and the delivery was A1—great job! I recommend boosting your advertising for this reasonably priced brand. Personally, coming from Connacht, I was thrilled to buy products from the west of Ireland.

"No Gift Wrapping at Galway Crystal"
I picked up a present from Galway Crystal, and I really enjoy going to their shop, but I was let down when I found out they’ve stopped wrapping gifts. They handle the box they hand over to you, so it’s puzzling why they’d ditch the wrapping service.
